Tutorial Time! I use Paint Shop Pro 7 religiously, so…sorry, for other users: no translation for Photo Shop or other versions of PSP, although I am sure it’s easily translatable. This is not a step-by-step guide and it’s not even for a complete icon (actually, it *can* be, but, eh)---this is merely to give you an idea of how to achieve something to begin experimenting with.
